RESBEATCORP was originally founded in 1998 to assist unemployed and other economically disadvantaged adults and youth by providing effective career exploration, job training, job placement and retention services. Since 1998, we have provided employment and training services to over 1,500 youth and adults in Broward County. We are a dynamic, experienced and multi-disciplined team lead by Dr. Ronald E. Smith. Dr. Smith is the former director of the WAGES welfare-to-work program in Broward County, Florida. He has a Bachelors Degree in Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Cornell University, and a Doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University.
